Jenny Murison

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I work with female adults (18+) and older adults from a holistic counseling perspective viewing the individual not only as the self, but in conjunction with their history and surrounding environments. Together we will look at your life history, circumstance, roles, relationships, values and beliefs. I will assist and guide you through the often difficult but worthy processes of identifying maladaptive thinking patterns and barriers that can often create emotions and physical symptoms that can cause great discomfort. We will take a look together at possible underlying factors of presenting symptoms, as well as determine a course of action in adapting and engaging healthier lifestyle patterns. I offer you a safe space to not only present yourself as you are, but to explore who you wish to be and how to bring these two identities together as one.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University, and a Bachelors in Psychology from Oregon State University. I am a licensee of the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers.
